Welcome to GTG Classes Platform. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
1.1 Acceptance: By using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian to use the Platform.
1.2 Registration: In order to access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
1.3 User Content: The Platform may allow you to submit, upload, or display content such as assignments, discussions, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content for the purposes of providing the services of the Platform.
2.1 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for educational and non-commercial purposes.
2.2 Content Access: User can assess the content of platform in recorded version and live form. Once a user purchases a particular course it can not be replaced with any other course available on the platform. Maximum duration for any course will be one year.
2.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
a) Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
b) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
c) Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including by introducing viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
e) Collect or store personal data of other users without their explicit consent.
f) Engage in any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty.
2.4 Technical issues: Platform user can not put pressure on the platform for resolving technical issues in a unreasonable time period.
3.1 Payment: Certain features of the Platform may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Platform. Payment is due upon registration or renewal.
3.2 Refunds: Trial period will be provided to the user by platform.There will be no refund of course fee on purchasing of any kind of course on the platform. Refund eligibility and procedures are subject to these stated policies.
4.1 Platform Content: All text, graphics, photographs, videos, trademarks, logos, and other content on the Platform are the property of the Platform or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2 User Content: You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content on the Platform, you grant the Platform a license to use it as outlined in Section 1.3.
5.2 Privacy Policy: Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Data Privacy: We use other companies, agents or contractors ("Service Providers") to perform services on our behalf or to assist us with the provision of services to you. We engage Service Providers to provide marketing, advertising, communications, infrastructure and IT services, to personalize and optimize our service, to process credit card transactions or other payment methods, to provide customer service, to collect debts, to analyse and enhance data, and to process and administer consumer surveys. In the course of providing such services, these Service Providers may have access to your personal or other information. We do not authorize them to use or disclose your personal information except in connection with providing their services. We shall use Your Personal Information to ensure services with respect to the Platform are presented to You in the most effective manner, to secure the Platform and make improvements, to carry out our obligations to You, and to communicate with You. The said communication can either be by calls, text or emails and for purposes which include transactional, service, or promotional calls or messages. If at any time You wish to not receive any communication from our end You can opt-out of the same by writing to us.
6.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform.
6.2 Termination by Platform: The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
7.1 No Warranty: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for your intended purposes.
8.1 Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian laws. Place of Jurisdiction will be Sirsa, Haryana in event of any legal action against the platform.
10.1 Modification: The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
